The forgot passwordfunction for the CIP must be done through an off-campus backup email. Faculty and staff provide their off-campus backup email at check-in, while students provide theirs at enrollment.

If faculty or staff did not provide an off-campus backup email during registration, they can contact the "Personnel Office" for assistance; if students did not provide an off-campus backup email upon enrollment, they should contact the "Office of Academic Affairs" for assistance.
