Instructions of Campus Information Portal (CIP)

What is the Campus Information Portal (CIP)?

The Campus Information Portal (CIP) is the entry for all school services. Whether it is faculty, staff, or students, all systems can be accessed and used after logging into CIP.

Currently, the Campus Information Portal (CIP) provides multiple services, including academic affairs, student affairs, general affairs, student information system, course creation and teaching system, leave application system, and more.

How to use the Campus Information Portal (CIP)?

You can log in and access The Campus Information Portal (CIP) services using your Asia Network Identification (ANID).

High-privilege services within the CIP are all protected through network restrictions, and these high-privilege services are clearly marked within the CIP. When you are "using from off-campus" or "using your personal mobile network on campus," or in other non-campus network environments, you need to connect to the "VPN" before you can access these high-privilege services.

Most services within the CIP do not require logging in again when used, except for a few services that require entering credentials separately. For example, the webmail service requires entering the full email address as the username for login, since the mailbox formats differ for faculty, staff, and students.

Can the Campus Information Portal (CIP) be used during a leave of absence or after withdrawal??

During periods of leave or withdrawal from school, it is considered equivalent to leaving the school, and the system will deactivate the user's ANID; therefore, the CIP services will not be accessible.

During this period, if you need to handle related matters, please directly contact the respective responsible units. For example, if a student on leave wishes to apply for a transcript for the period of enrollment, please contact the Academic Affairs Office to process it.
